Accreditation

From 4 July, all employers wishing to hire migrants on an Employer-assisted work visa will need accreditation.

There are four types of accreditations depending on the employer’s structure and the number of migrants they wish to simultaneously hire.

Job Check

From 4 July, every employer wishing to hire a migrant for a specific position, or similar positions within the company, must preventively apply for a Job Check.

This is a pre-assessment of the job for which a migrant worker will be hired.

The application is aimed to verify that the conditions surrounding the job are in line with immigration and employment practices.
